dusty surfaces inattentive service
The room lacked thorough cleaning. I noticed dust on surfaces and the sofa needed vacuuming. The restaurant service during dinner and breakfast seemed inattentive. The temperature in the restaurant felt uncomfortably cold. I found that quite annoying.

convenient location rooftop view helpful staff
the train station is a short walk. the rooftop bar provided amazing views. the reception staff proved helpful. they have a drinking water tap at reception, so you can fill up your water bottles. that really helped!
the underfloor heating made the room too warm.

great breakfast walking distance thin walls awful pillow
the hotel had a great breakfast. it was very clean and spacious! i liked the walking distance to the train station. the rooftop bar was also good.
The walls seemed very thin, so i could hear everything from the neighboring room. we had an interconnecting room, i do not think this helped. the hotel also needs to invest in some pillows. The bed had only one, and it was awful.

cozy room excellent bed plentiful choices amazing view
The hotel room was cozy. I appreciated the quiet room and its excellent bed. Breakfast offered plentiful choices. It was very good, with fresh cake baked each morning. The rooftop bar boasts amazing views. I enjoyed the outside seating area.
The pillows are not comfortable.

Majestic Views and City Access

amazing vistas alpine peaks easy exploration
My Superior Double or Twin Room offered amazing vistas. The large windows framed the alpine peaks beautifully. The location made it easy to explore local spots.
I noticed the rooftop bar was not accessible to hotel guests during an event. We were directed to an uninviting side room on the top floor. It was like being second-class guests, so we left.

friendly staff amazing view great food prices
omg the staff! super courteous, always smiling, i felt so welcome. i asked for the highest room during checkin and they hooked me up. the view of everything was unreal! the bar had awesome staff and the food prices were way cheaper than expected for such a swanky hotel.
the air conditioner took hours to cool the room enough for sleep.
